This is one of my favorite places to be in Otego. It is a warm, friendly place. The librarian, Anne, has the warmest, most inviting smile You feel so welcome there. At the present, there is a Gift Basket Raffle. WOW,the contents of the baskets are awesome! (It will be over on December 7, 2014)
